VC6: debug tooltips overlap VAX tooltips

Under VC6, when debugging code, tooltips from VAX (displaying the type) overlap the data tooltip from VC Debugger (showing contents of that variable).

Would be nice to be able to see both of them

Problem is still there in 1297 and VS6.0 :-(
