When I attempt to "create from usage" a name like "test", I am offered "Create test" in the refactorings menu as expected. However, once I type the name as _test, all I get is "Refactoring not available on the symbol". As we use underscore as a prefix for our local variables, this is quite inconvenient, as creating them is harder than necessary.
