Insert _ after m and Shift

Users who write with hungarian notation often prefix symbols with m and underscore. Speed the entry of the two characters by tapping Shift after m. Skip the typing of the underscore; the tapping of Shift makes the underscore appear automatically.



This feature is used primarly by C/C++ users.

Enable this feature in the options dialog.



When enabled, the feature is active in all files types.
